Earlina Green Hamilton is a published author, speaker, and former sports executive, turned writer. She is the author of Seven Tips to Breaking Into the World of Sports and The Beginner’s Guide to Finding Your Brave. Green is a member of Shoreline City Church, the Dallas Contemporary, University of North Texas Alumni Association and the Founder of Project Hug, an annual community initiative geared towards encouraging volunteerism. The organization serves Dallas senior communities.
Green received the Sports Launch 30 under 30 award and was honored as Dallas' Emerging Leader by the eWomen Network. Green has given speeches at Manhattanville College, the University of North Texas, Ignite DFW at the Texas Theatre, and West Point United States Military Academy, to name a few. Earlina recently took the stage at the Dallas Comedy House for a storytelling performance. She used humor and honesty to discuss her journey from heart break to redemption.
Earlina is not just a writer. She is a wife, a triplet, traveler, former 12-step recovery group leader, community group leader, and advocate for women and girls who are ready to live courageous lives.
In 2016, she completed and published her second book The Beginner’s Guide to Finding Your Brave. It has been through her faith and willingness to take risk that she was able to overcome her fear and to stop waiting on the permission of others to live a full and beautiful life.
