My goal is to propel individuals to be less content with taking the middle path.
— Earlina "E" Green

Earlina Green Hamilton is an author, national speaker, strategist and educator from Dallas, Texas. She holds a Bachelor’s of Communications Studies and Marketing from the University of North Texas. Green is the author of The Beginner's Guide to Finding Your Brave and 7 Tips for Breaking Into The World of Sports. Before beginning her writing career, Earlina was a leading sports executive for professional NBA teams Dallas Mavericks and New York Knicks. Earlina started her career with the Dallas Mavericks minor league team, Texas Legends. In less than one year with the team, she worked her way up from intern to Senior Director of Business Development. Green also acted as the team’s Master of Ceremonies in front of home crowds of 6,000 fans. She has given speeches across the nation, including West Point United States Military Academy, Ignite DFW, and Manhattanville College.

Green is the founder of Love Over Pride and Project Hug, social good projects geared toward serving the community and society. Earlina has served Dallas in various volunteer roles, working with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Back on My Feet, and Readers to Leaders. In 2011, Green traveled to Johannesburg, South Africa as a volunteer and guest with Basketball Without Borders. Earlina worked alongside NBA legends, Alonso Morning, Dikembe Mutombo and Patrick Ewing for a Habitat Humanity South Africa home build. The experience showed what a group of people could do when they are concerned about more than their block or country and that understanding left a lasting impression on Green. Earlina received the Sports Launch 30 under 30 award and was honored as Dallas' Emerging Leader by the eWomen Network. Currently an educator at Brookhaven College, she teaches classes on social media and platform building, including an Introduction to Self-publishing course. In 2018, Earlina received the University of North Texas Communication Studies Horizon Alumni Award.

Earlina lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband. She enjoys traveling, walking Katy Trail and serving at Shoreline City Church.

Places Travelled: South Africa, Hawaii, Europe, Japan, Greece. Next up — Singapore!

My work is about creating insight that allows people to act and change the world. Three questions: What do you want? Why do you want it? What are your current beliefs about having what you want?
